In order to continue running activities and offering services at a free or highly subsidised rate, the Winchester Project faces a perpetual challenge of hand-to-mouth fundraising. All members of staff are regularly engaged in money-saving or fundraising initiatives, as each year the competition between the many voluntary sector agencies across the countries becomes increasingly tighter.

Whilst this is an inevitable part of the survival of any small charity, we are keen to develop other streams of income to enable us to plan for the future and stabilise our work. One of these streams is through donations made by members of the community who have benefited from our presence, or any individual or group which wishes to support us and what we do in Swiss Cottage.
